Terrace View Assisted Living LLC is a family owned and operated 24-hour, 7-day a week residential care home for the elderly (55+). We specialize in One-on-One Dementia / Memory Care and our goal is to provide home-oriented environment, which will cater to the individual needs of our elderly. We strive to provide a living experience that fosters happiness and freedom.
Our thoughtfully designed private home offers great amenities for our residents and you will be directly communicating with us, no third party or agency involved. We are based in Antioch, California Bay Area, two minutes from Highway 4, and about 40 miles from San Francisco. Memory Care
Providing memory care means focusing on the smallest details of care and facility design. Our more than 25 years of expertise in Memory Care assures of best practices to meet resident’s needs. Our facility is thoughtfully designed to cater the best housing and safety our residents can have. We offer all inclusive, lock in rate of $4,500 to $5,000 monthly rate.
What is Memory Care?
Memory Care specializes support for people With Alzheimer’s or Dementia. When it becomes difficult to care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia at home, you may want to consider memory care. Memory care is a form of senior living that provides intensive, specialized care for people with memory issues.
What makes memory care different?
Memory care is designed to provide a safe, structured environment with set routines to lower stress for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Care specialist provide meals and help residents with personal care tasks and are also specially trained to deal with the unique issues that often arise as a result of dementia or Alzheimer’s. They check in with residents more frequently and provide extra structure and support to help them navigate their day. Because people with dementia are prone to wander (6 in 10 do so, according to the Alzheimer’s Association), memory care facilities have alarmed doors, elevators that require a code, and enclosed outdoor spaces to keep residents on site.
